Join us for an important lunchtime conversation as we start Domestic Violence Awareness Month 2022.
This virtual Lunch & Learn features a guided conversation focused on:
- the Power and Control Wheel as a tool for understanding the tactics abusers employ,
- the effects of domestic violence on our local community,
- the opportunities we all have to help.

This Lunch & Learn conversation is intended for anyone who wants to understand the complexities of domestic violence.

Presenter: Celeste Plumlee, MSW, MPA | Program Director
Celeste brings extensive experience working in the social services sector and addressing public policy. She holds a Master of Social Work and a Master of Public Administration degrees from Arizona State University. Her work history includes the Girl Scouts Arizona Cactus-Pine Council, Wildfire, UMOM, and a brief run as a state legislator. Celeste has taught undergraduate and graduate Social Work students at ASU and Mesa Community College. She is passionate about working to end oppressive systems and norms.
