Today in Maricopa County, over 63,000 women are living in poverty. Most are mothers.
Women in the Live & Learn program have been affected by generational poverty and are working hard to break the cycle for themselves and their children.
Now, more than ever, we need to make Live & Learn available to women in our community. Live & Learn gives women the opportunity to bloom against all odds.

Help plan Live & Learn’s annual Hope Bloom Brunch Fundraiser. Members are engaged, passionate, and collaborative, and they come from a wide-range of personal and professional backgrounds.

Purple Ribbon
October is Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and this group of volunteers works to raise awareness, support, and advocacy for survivors of domestic violence. Meetings run August through October.

Are you tech-savvy? Provide IT consultation, implementation, and troubleshooting support to our small staff.

Office Assistant
The Office Assistant will perform a variety of tasks including answering phones, data entry, and other administrative tasks. This position helps to extend the resources to better assist and direct the needs of our clients.

In-Kind Inventory Volunteer
Are you organized? As an In-Kind Inventory Volunteer, you will assist with inventory, organizing,
and distributing donations collected through our in-kind supply drives.
Flexible, in-person.
Community Empower Hours, Event Day Volunteer
Help with event day set-up, check-in, vendor coordination, and more at these quarterly community events! Community Empower Hours bring supplies, support, and resources to Maricopa County women experiencing poverty, homelessness, and domestic violence.
Saturday morning, in-person.
Internships
Earn college credit, build your resume, grow your professional network, and gain valuable experience in a busy nonprofit office.
New interns begin every January, June, and August. Interns commit to 8-15 hours per week for three months.
