Intro to Live & Learn Webinar

Join us for a short introductory webinar to Live & Learn! During this half-hour webinar, participants:

  • Learn about Live & Learn’s mission to empower women to break the cycle of generational poverty,
  • Gain insight into the problems facing Maricopa County women,
  • Then, discuss the ways you can volunteer and donate to make a difference!

We offer the Intro to Live & Learn webinar, virtually, on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 12:30pm-1pm. If that time does not work, then please email hope@liveandlearnaz.org to schedule a one-on-one meeting at your convenience.

In addition, the Live & Learn blog provides great success stories and information you will enjoy! Don’t miss Live & Learn on NBC Nightly News.

Presenter: Iris Ortega | Community Engagement Manager

Iris Ortega graduated as a Certified Nonprofit Professional with a B.S. in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University. Before that, in 2012, Iris began her journey as a Live & Learn client. She is passionate about strengthening our community and making sure that everyone receives the services they need to reach their full potential. Therefore, Iris joined the Live & Learn staff in 2019, as a Client Coordinator. Now, she leads the effort to engage the community in Live & Learn’s mission by organizing events, offering educational presentations, and engaging and supporting volunteers.
