In appreciation of her ongoing commitment and dedication to Live & Learn, this award is presented to Teresa Sullivan.
After moving from New York to Arizona in 1997, Teresa began pursuing a career in finance. In 1998, she started working as a loan officer and then, in 2019, she began a dual career as a Realtor to help others better understand all sides of the home buying process.
Not only has she had these two careers, she also studied cranial sacral therapy with Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and practiced her modality in Hawaii.
Teresa’s passion for education and people led her down a path to serving her community. She began volunteering at Live & Learn in 2020 and continues to give back generously. Every Tuesday evening, Teresa hosts a workshop or provides one-on-one financial literacy coaching for Live & Learn clients.
“Working with Teresa has been amazing. I was able to get myself out of debt, pay medical bills, learn how to save, and spend. But most importantly, I learned how to have a healthy relationship with money.”

On top of this, Teresa also connects organizations and individuals with Live & Learn’s mission helping secure funding to reach more women in our community.
