Volunteer this October for Domestic Violence Awareness Month!
You are invited to join us for an important volunteer activity to support survivors of domestic violence.
Enjoy some coffee, connect with other volunteers, and make a difference. Bring a friend!
We will be creating care packages with full-sized toiletry items during this time. Volunteers are invited to bring supplies to donate. You can contact us to learn how you can rally your coworkers, neighbors, or social circles to host your own supply drive! Email Hope@liveandlearnaz.org for more information.
This event is free, and we welcome volunteers from all backgrounds. Volunteers must be over 18 years of age or accompanied by an adult.
Donations can be made here this month in support of domestic violence survivors.
Live & Learn works with 200 survivors of domestic violence each year. In our transformative program, survivors reach financial self-sufficiency, so they can build a life free from coercion, abuse, and control. Women work hard, and it takes two-years to complete the program. Volunteers provide hope, encouragement, and essentials (like toiletries!) to keep women moving forward along their journey.
Want to learn more? Then, you are invited to join our Domestic Violence Awareness Month Lunch & Learn! This virtual conversation will take place October 6th at 12pm (MST).
