- Learn about Live & Learn’s mission to empower women to break the cycle of generational poverty,
- Gain insight into the problems facing Maricopa County women,
- Then, discuss the ways you can volunteer and donate to make a difference!
We offer the Intro to Live & Learn webinar, virtually, on the 2nd Wednesday of every month from 12:30pm-1pm. If that time does not work, then please email hope@liveandlearnaz.org

Iris Ortega graduated as a Certified Nonprofit Professional with a B.S. in Family and Human Development from Arizona State University. Before that, in 2012, Iris began her journey as a Live & Learn client. She is passionate about strengthening our community and making sure that everyone receives the services they need to reach their full potential. Therefore, Iris joined the Live & Learn staff in 2019, as a Client Coordinator. Now, she leads the effort to engage the community in Live & Learn’s mission by organizing events, offering educational presentations, and engaging and supporting volunteers.
