Natalie Lundberg is an experienced education and nonprofit leader with over 27 years in the K–12 and adult learning sectors. Her work has focused on expanding access to high-quality education and professional development through strategic partnerships, inclusive program design, and mission-aligned growth initiatives.

She has led national business development efforts for education-focused nonprofits, secured high-impact partnerships across sectors, and supported initiatives that empower individuals through learning, career readiness, and long-term support systems.

Natalie is honored to serve on the board of Live and Learn, where she brings her passion for equity, cross-sector collaboration, and strategic planning to help advance the organization’s mission of breaking the cycle of generational poverty for women through education and career pathways.
