Director of Finance

Anna Hirsivara is the Director of Finance at Live and Learn Program, where she oversees all aspects of the organization’s financial management bringing rigor, clarity, and integrity to every dimension of its financial operations.

Prior to joining Live and Learn Program in 2025, Anna built a distinguished career and held senior finance positions including Financial Controller, Director of Finance, and Chief Financial Officer at various nonprofit and for-profit organizations in the professional association, social services, and healthcare sectors.

Anna holds a degree of Master of Business Management and a Post-Graduate Certificate in Accounting.

Being passionate about supporting mission-driven organizations, she is committed to providing financial stewardship that enables nonprofits to focus on what matters most their programs and the communities they serve.
