Live & Learn AZ connects women to postsecondary education opportunities, workforce training, and job search support – all to advance economic mobility – through programs including the Live & Learn Academy. We case manage our clients for two full years, because we believe time and connection lead to better outcomes. We’re a small, close-knit team that believes real change happens through relationships with the women we serve, and with the donors, funders, and community partners who make that work possible.

Client Coordinator
Reports to: Program Manager
Location: Hybrid, in-office & remote
The Client Coordinator is expected to provide case management services to Live & Learn clients. This includes maintaining regular client contact, identifying goals, and coaching for success. Coordinators also manage documentation, communication and support efforts in Salesforce.
Commitment:
- 40 hours per week
- Salary: $45,000- $55,000

Program Manager
Reports to: Director of Operations
Location: hybrid, in-office & remote
Goal: Lead and support the Program Team to ensure consistent, effective delivery of the Live & Learn Program.
Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for the implementation, oversight, and achievement of program goals, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities, grant requirements, and client needs.
Commitment: This is a full-time, salaried position requiring 40 hours per week. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
